The Space
An open-plan layout that prioritizes organization and urban practicality. Every square meter has been planned to deliver the convenience a busy routine demands, featuring excellent space utilization and a refined, understated finish that creates the feeling of a calm retreat, insulated from the capital's fast pace.

The sleeping area connects seamlessly to the living space. Warm LED lighting and directional ceiling spotlights create an intimate atmosphere for rest, complemented by effective blackout curtains. The space features a queen-size bed, full bedding (linens, pillows, and a throw), air conditioning, a smart TV, and wardrobes with mirrored doors that visually expand the room.

Living and Dining
A long counter, paired with brown leather chairs, is positioned for focused work or quick meals. The compact kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry, a refrigerator, a microwave, and high-quality utensils, offering total independence for your daily routine.

Guest access
To ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible, we use a 100% digital, self-service check-in process. Here is the step-by-step guide:

Advance Registration:
24 hours before check-in, you will need to send a screenshot of your reservation, your details, a copy of your original ID document, and a recent selfie (taken facing the camera, in a well-lit area, without a hat or glasses).

Smart Access:
On the day of your stay, you will receive your entry codes and detailed instructions directly via Airbnb.

Total Autonomy:
We use state-of-the-art electronic locks. This means you have the freedom to come and go without relying on physical keys or in-person reception desks.

🛡️ Security and Access
Advance ID: Please send a message to the provided number with a screenshot of your reservation at least 24 hours before check-in.

Registration and Access: Depending on the unit, we will either send a link for facial recognition registration or request your photo ID to authorize building entry. Building access authorization depends on this prior validation.

Modern Check-in: Access to the property is via an electronic lock—convenient, secure, and on your own schedule.

Visitors: For the building's security, visitors are only permitted with prior authorization. We do not handle check-outs between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

✨ Caring for Your Sanctuary
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. (A R$ 1,000 fee applies for professional deep cleaning).

Premium Linens (300-thread count): Please do not use towels or sheets to remove makeup. Permanent stains will require the item to be replaced.

Voltage Note: All our outlets are 110V. ⚡

Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone’s rest, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Restrictions: Parties, events, candles, and commercial photo/video shoots are not permitted.
