Security and Access
Identification: We follow strict control standards. After booking confirmation, it is mandatory to submit photos of the identification documents (National ID or Driver's License) for all guests. Access is granted only upon receipt of these documents in advance.

Visitors: To maintain the exclusivity and security of the premises, visitors are not permitted.

Resident Staff Member:
The property has a resident staff member who occupies private quarters, fully respecting your privacy.

Care of the Property

Linens: We prioritize your comfort with high-quality linens. We kindly ask that you do not use the towels to remove makeup, as this can cause permanent stains. Any damage to property will result in a replacement fee.

Environment and Smoking:
Smoking is permitted exclusively in the garage and the outdoor area at the back of the house; please dispose of waste properly in the trash. Smoking inside the residence is strictly prohibited; non-compliance will result in a R$ 1,000 fine for additional cleaning.

Restrictions:
The use of candles, hosting of events, or commercial photoshoots is not permitted.

Design and Botany:
Our plants are part of the space's curated design. Please do not water or move them, as our technical team handles their periodic maintenance.
