The Space
The apartment measures 68m² and features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a laundry area.

Bedroom 1 (en-suite) features a queen-size bed, closets with drawers, a shoe rack and hangers, curtains, a side table with a lamp, a 43-inch LG 4K TV with streaming access, a Fujitsu hot/cold air conditioner, and a door.

Bedroom 2 features a workspace, a "widow-size" single bed (larger than a standard single), closets with drawers, a shoe rack and hangers, curtains, and an ultra-powerful, quiet ceiling fan with adjustable lighting options (switching between cool white and warm yellow). The room has a door.

Bed linens are 300-thread-count, and bath towels are cotton by Buddemeyer. The bathroom is equipped with a 2000W hair dryer, cotton pads, cotton swabs, and soap. It features a powerful Deca shower with gas heating.

Guests enjoy the option of separating the bedroom area to create a private living space, thanks to a mirrored sliding door.

The living room features a 55-inch Sony TV with access to streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Max, Disney, Apple TV, Paramount, Globoplay, YouTube), 600 Mbps Wi-Fi, a 3-seater sofa (which converts into a queen-size bed), and armchairs. For quality time with family or friends, there is a 4-seater dining table integrated into the living area.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-burner cooktop, a built-in electric oven, an electric kettle, a Nespresso machine, a microwave, an Electrolux refrigerator, and plenty of kitchen essentials for your convenience. The laundry area features a shoe rack, an LG washer-dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.

Advance ID: Please send a message to the provided number with a screenshot of your reservation at least 24 hours before check-in.

Registration and Access: Depending on the unit, we will send a link for facial registration or request a photo ID to clear your entry with the building. Building access authorization depends on this prior validation.

Modern Check-in: Access to the property is via an electronic lock—convenient, secure, and on your own schedule.

Visitors: For building security, visitors are only allowed with prior authorization. We do not process entry clearances between 9 PM and 9 AM. ✨ Caring for Your Retreat
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. (A R$ 1,000 fee applies for professional deep cleaning).

Premium Linens (300-thread count): Please do not use towels or sheets to remove makeup. Permanent stains will require the item to be replaced.

Voltage Note: All our outlets are 110V. ⚡

Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone’s rest, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Restrictions: Parties, events, candles, and commercial photo/video shoots are not permitted.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee.

Linen change only: R$ 100.00.

Extra bed/Sofa bed: For reservations of 2 guests wishing to have extra linens for the second bed, a fee of R$ 60.00 applies.
