The space
This studio was designed to go beyond the basics. The open-concept layout ensures excellent flow between the bedroom, living area, and kitchen. The design features clean décor and soft tones, creating a calm sanctuary—an escape from the city's fast pace—despite being located at one of São Paulo's most dynamic addresses.

The bedroom connects seamlessly to the living area. Recessed LED lighting in the headboard and directional ceiling lights create an intimate atmosphere for rest. The space features a queen-size bed, 400-thread-count linens, a high-quality duvet, and a spacious custom wardrobe with mirrored doors that visually expand the room.

The layout centers on a round dining table with a Carrara marble top, accompanied by two swivel, upholstered armchairs with wooden bases—a functional setup for dining or working in front of the smart TV. Custom millwork includes a bench upholstered in caramel velvet and extends into the kitchen, which features a black marble countertop and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and a complete set of kitchenware.

Guest access
To ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible, we use a 100% digital, self-service check-in process. Here is the step-by-step guide:

Advance Registration:
24 hours before check-in, we will send information to your mobile phone so you can register the documents for all guests. This step is essential to ensure your safety and building access.

Smart Access:
On the day of your stay, you will receive your entry codes and detailed instructions directly via Airbnb.

Total Autonomy:
We use state-of-the-art electronic locks. This means you have the freedom to come and go without relying on physical keys or in-person check-ins.

🛡️ Security and Access
Advance ID: Please send a message to the provided number with a screenshot of your reservation at least 24 hours before check-in.

Registration and Access: Depending on the unit, we will send a link for facial registration or request a photo ID to clear your entry with the building. Building access authorization depends on this prior validation.

Modern Check-in: Access to the property is via an electronic lock—convenient, secure, and on your own schedule.

Visitors: For building security, visitors are only allowed with prior authorization. We do not process entry clearances between 9 PM and 9 AM.

✨ Caring for Your Sanctuary
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. (R$ 1,000 fine for professional cleaning).

Premium Linens (300-thread count): Please do not use towels or sheets to remove makeup. Permanent stains will require item replacement.

Voltage Note: All our outlets are 110V. ⚡

Quiet Hours: To respect everyone's rest, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM.

Restrictions: Parties, events, candles, and commercial photo/video shoots are not permitted.

Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee.
