The Space

The Bedroom:
The heart of the property is a fluid, climate-controlled space where contemporary design shines. The understated color palette—highlighting shades of green and fine wood—complements a hotel-quality Queen-size bed. Framed by an impressive caramel leather headboard and soft ambient lighting, it creates the perfect setting for rest.

For added flexibility, the room features a sophisticated black-and-white sofa that converts into a comfortable single bed, allowing for a third guest or a child without compromising the flow of the room. Designed for modern living, we’ve created a space dedicated to both productivity and contemplation. You have access to a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair and focused lighting. Nearby, a charming upholstered window seat invites you to take strategic breaks—it’s the perfect spot to read a book or simply admire the spectacular view of Ibirapuera Park and the São Paulo skyline.

Gourmet Kitchen:
The kitchen was designed to offer complete independence, moving away from the impersonal feel of standard hotels. Modern and functional, the kitchen is equipped to match your pace: cooktop, fridge, freezer, sandwich press, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and—a highlight—an Airfryer, making quick, healthy meals a breeze. Custom cabinetry houses a curated selection of utensils, allowing you to prepare everything from an energizing breakfast to an intimate dinner.

Guest Access
To ensure your arrival is as seamless as possible, we use a 100% digital, self-service check-in process. Here’s how it works:

Advance Registration:
24 hours before check-in, we’ll send an exclusive link to your mobile phone to register the documents for all guests. This step is essential for security and building access.

Smart Access:
On the day of your stay, you’ll receive your entry codes and detailed instructions directly via Airbnb.

Total Autonomy:
We use state-of-the-art electronic locks. This gives you the freedom to come and go without relying on physical keys or in-person check-ins.

🛡️ Security and Access
Advance Identification: Please send a message to the provided number with a screenshot of your reservation at least 24 hours before check-in.

Registration and Access: Depending on the property, we will either send a link for facial recognition registration or request a photo ID to clear your entry into the building. Building access authorization depends on this prior validation.

Modern Check-in: Access to the property is via an electronic lock—convenient, secure, and on your own schedule.

Visitors: For building security, visitors are only permitted with prior authorization. We do not process entry clearances between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

✨ Caring for Your Sanctuary
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. (A R$ 1,000 fine applies for professional cleaning).

Premium Linens (300-thread count): We kindly ask that you do not use towels or sheets to remove makeup. Permanent stains will require the item to be replaced.

Voltage Note: All our outlets are 110V. ⚡

Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone’s rest, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Restrictions: Parties, events, candles, and commercial photo/video shoots are not permitted.

Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee.
