The Living Room
The heart of the property is a spectacular living area that integrates three distinct zones, all climate-controlled with a heating and cooling AC system. The room features a leather sofa, armchairs, and a Smart TV. The space flows seamlessly, accommodating a sophisticated LIDER sofa bed with a double mattress that ensures maximum comfort. For added privacy, blinds can be lowered to partition the area, creating an extra room. Windows equipped with blackout shades and safety screens transform this spacious area into a sanctuary of peace and security at any time of day.

Kitchen
Open to the living area, the gourmet kitchen invites social interaction. Fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a variety of utensils, it is ready for anything—from a breakfast prepared with the Nespresso machine to an elaborate dinner. Its functional counter serves as a natural, charming gathering spot; there are two bar stools at the counter and a round table that seats four.

Master Suite

Advance Identification: Please send a message to the provided number with a screenshot of your reservation at least 24 hours before check-in.

Registration and Access: Depending on the property, we will send a link for facial registration or request a photo ID to authorize building entry. Front desk clearance depends on this prior validation.

Modern Check-in: Access to the property is via an electronic lock—convenient, secure, and on your own schedule.

Visitors: For building security, visitors are only allowed with prior authorization. We do not process entry authorizations between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

✨ Caring for Your Retreat
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. (R$ 1,000 fine for professional deep cleaning).

Premium Linens (300-thread count): Please do not use towels or sheets to remove makeup. Permanent stains will require item replacement.

Quiet Hours: To respect everyone's rest, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
