The Space
The space is generously sized at 68m², featuring a master suite, living room, kitchen, powder room, and laundry area. The suite includes a queen-size bed, closets with drawers and LED lighting, a shoe rack and velvet hangers, blackout curtains, a nightstand with a lamp, a 43-inch Samsung 4K TV (with over 65 channels via Samsung TV Plus), an Xbox (bring your own controller), streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount+, Apple TV, Max, Disney+) via the Wapp TV app, Samsung Wind-Free heating/cooling AC, and a workstation. Our bed and bath linens are from premium brands like Trousseau, Buddemeyer, and Calvin Klein. The bathroom is simply incredible! We have a powerful, high-pressure showerhead that ensures a relaxing, pleasurable experience; plus, the sink and bidet sprayer also feature gas-heated water. Pretty great, right? It’s all about comfort!

The living room features a 65-inch Samsung 4K TV with the Wapp app (offering broadcast channels and streaming services like Netflix, Prime, Max, Disney, Apple TV, Paramount+, and Globoplay), 350 Mbps Wi-Fi, Samsung Wind-Free heating/cooling AC, and a fireplace for colder days (and let’s face it, in São Paulo, the weather can change in an instant). There is a linen reclining sofa (which converts into a queen-size bed) and a charming dining counter for your meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop (a cookware set is provided and it is very easy to use), electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, range hood, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, and many kitchen essentials for your convenience. The laundry area features a washer-dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Access to the apartment is via an electronic lock, and the building has a 24-hour doorman.

To ensure an excellent experience and the safety of all, we share our key protocols:

🔒 Security and Access
Identification: The building follows strict regulations. After booking, it is essential to send photos of the ID documents (RG or driver's license) for all guests. Entry clearance at the front desk is conditional upon this advance submission.

Visitors: To maintain the exclusivity of the building, receiving visitors is not permitted.

🏠 Apartment Care
Buddemeyer Linens: We prioritize your comfort with high-quality linens. Please do not use towels to remove makeup, as this can cause permanent stains. You will be charged for the replacement of any damaged property.

Environment: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and common areas (fine of R$ 1,000/day). The use of candles and the hosting of commercial photoshoots or events are also not permitted.

Design & Plants: Our plants are part of the space's curated design. Please do not water or move them; our team handles their maintenance.

Power: All outlets are 110V.

⏰ Timing and Flexibility
Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

Flexibility: If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact us regarding availability and additional fees.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

🧺 Linen Service Fees
Extra Change: For stays of less than 7 days, a linen change (bed and bath) incurs a fee of R$ 206 per bed.

Additional Bed: For reservations of 2 guests who choose to use and have the second bed set up, there is a one-time fee of R$ 80.
